| Jennifer Maynard - Is the ring leader of the place. She has an extensive dressage background and now also judges para-equestrian competitions. She is usually followed everywhere by Beulah and Soda her two dogs. |
| Hilary Leach - Is one of the instructors at Pony Meadows. She has been riding since the age of 9 and grew up in an assortment of different countries. She moved to Vancouver from Singapore in 2003 and gradually wormed her way into a full time job in Southlands. She competes on Arielle MB who is owned by Luciana Brasil. You can spot her by her red and white scooter or her ridiculously small mini bike. |
| Stephanie Tate - Has been riding since the age of 6 and worked in several top show jumping barns across Canada and the USA. She is also a certified therapeutic riding instructor and able bodied riding instructor. She enjoys working with students of all ages and is the proud owner of a wonderful dog called Keeva. |
| Katie Shaw - Grew up in Southlands and has been teaching at Pony Meadows for donkey's years. She likes to make and mend all sorts of things and owns 2 ferrets and a host of cats. |
| Rick Maynard - Is an instructor at Southlands riding club and has extensive knowledge in Hunters, Jumpers and Dressage. |
| Tik Maynard - Has been a guest riding instructor at Southlands Riding Club in the past and is currently traveling the world working for different riders and barns. He also writes for the Chronicle of the Horse. |
| Jordan Maynard - Is the farmer of the business and is in charge of Southlands Heritage Farm. |
| Pippa Emrick - Is the Barn Manager at Pony Meadows. Having worked for the Maynard family for over 15 years, she began by teaching beginner lessons and advanced her way up, until at the age of 17 when she took over running the Barn at Southlands Equestrian Centre. She went on to teach the advanced lessons at Pony Meadows before starting her own business “Talisman Farm”. She now teaches riders of all ages and disciplines at the Southlands Riding Club. She has also competed on the hunter/jumper and dressage show circuit professionally for the past 10 years. Of her 3 horses, one is training and showing in the higher levels of jumpers. |
| Alex Cope - Office and shop manager, public and client relations, scheduler, mediator, in-house councilor, surrogate mom, pony advocate, doggy daycare, Squidgey’s slave. |
| Danielle Main - Is also office staff. She is also an equine massage therapist. |
| Squidge - Is the ancient barn cat and clearly runs the show. |
| Lucy - Is the newest doggie addition and owns Alex. |
| Larry Emrick - Is Pippa's father and general handy man around the place. He kept us above water before we moved to the new property! |
